Here are some more photographs of the German Navy destroyer D182 Schleswig Holstein. This class of ships was the first class of new major warships built for the German navy after WW II and served well until the early 90's. Unfortunately no ship of this class were be saved as a museum. My kit shows the Schleswig Holstein at the end of her service. The kit is from Admiralty Model Works. This new company has done a fantastic job with this kit. Clean casting with real good detailing, a good photo-etch set and useful instructions how to build the kit. I hope to see more new kits from them especially the announced CL Spokane!!!
