It is about time! Combrig released three kits of Royal Navy County class armored cruisers last fall. Many have been waiting patiently for some modeler to do justice to one of the kits. Finally the wait is over, as Peter Fulgoney has valiantly stepped into the breach and rendered sterling service to all modelers with his build of the Combrig 1:700 scale HMS Kent, with a kite balloon no less.
