The USS Ingersoll DD-990 was built by Sam Marc of Le Havre, France. The model is the 1:350 scale model of the Spruance Class destroyer produced by Dragon. Sam has been building models since he was fifteen years old. Sam's home city of Le Havre was the French terminal for all of the great Transatlantic passenger liners.
