I finally got off my arse and tried my wife's new digital camera and at long last took some photos of the USS Puritan I completed a while ago! As you can see, I thought Monitor Fever was in remission but it came back again! The model is basically out of the box. I replaced the barrels of the 6"/40s with brass rod and the mast was scratch-built using brass rod and tubing using the kit's resin version as a guide.
