Among the Lion Roar relief-etched nameplate series is one on famous USN warships of World War Two. Lion Roar set LE700071 includes nameplates of six battleships: Arizona, North Carolina, Washington, Iowa, New Jersey and Missouri. A USN stencil design is used for the "WWII U.S.NAVY"  and "BATTLESHIP" lettering and a traditional serif font for the ship's name. All lettering is finished with a high polish and the background is a satin finish, thereby providing a high contrast between the letters and background.
