This is the Italian light cruiser RN Luigi Cadorna from Michele Gioacchino Micalizzi. This was the name ship of the two ship class of 1930 that was the 2nd group of cruisers designated as Condottieri. It was entirely scratch-built by Michele. The scale is 1:700.
