"MAPLE LEAF was used by the Union Army as a transport and this depicts her just prior to her striking a
Confederate torpedo (mine) near Jacksonville, Florida, where she sank with the entire supply train of three Federal regiments plus settler's stores and personal equipment. The 1/96 scale model was scratchbuilt for the US Army Historical Society."
