Here is yet another model of the Spanish battleship Pelayo. It is built in my normal 1/550 scale. I did not find much in the way of reference materials. My primary reference source for drawings was the Plastic Lleros website, which has several drawings of Spanish American War ships. I also studied Jim Baumann's build up article here at Steel Navy and Andrew McCrimmon's model on the other website. It is not motorized as is Alejandro Garcia-Martinez's model. It is the least ambitious of these models, but I did want to build a model of this unusual ship.
