This is my 1:250 scale model of the Polaris Nuclear Submarine, SSBN-598 George Washington. This is an old kit made by Revell-Brasil, which does not more exist anymore. It was built in 1987 and was restored and redone because it was in terrible condition. It was a model with an interior that I cut to water line and used it for this diorama, showing the submarine underway. The model and the "sea" were painted with acrylic paint and the "sea" received a layer of resin.
