Some months ago I built the USS Iowa 1944 in her dazzle measure. In my opinion it is the most interesting ship from Tamiya in 1:700 scale. I have made a lot of additions with this kit. These include new weapons like new Lionroar barrels for the main turrets, Paperlab 5-inch turrets, Niko 40mm quads, Gold Medal Models 20mm orlikons, Niko mk51 directors, a lot of photo-etch and some detailing on the superstructure like on my Missouri.
