These photographs are of the Tamiya 1:700 scale RN O Class destroyer, which I made several years ago and which finally dragged me over from armour to ship modeling, or as our local branch of IPMS now calls ship modeling" the dark side". I have used the WEM O and P class photo-etch set and the WEM PRO series 4.7-inch guns, pom-pom mounting and 4-inch H/A gun which are all just fantastic, especially the 4.7-inch guns. I have painted the model with Humbrol paints in a colour scheme originally meant for Hunt Class destroyers. I used stretched-sprue for my first major attempt at rigging.
