This is the USS San Francisco CA-38 from the 1:350 scale kit from Trumpeter. I used Gold Medal Models specific photo-etch plus L'Arsenal 5-inch guns and Chicago pianos. I also modified the kit's main mast, an area often forgotten by modelers. The Classic Warship pictorial was of immense help, for the great pictures reveal an amount of detail few plans show.
