Here are photographs of my latest build, the Trumpeter 1/700 scale  HMCS Huron 1944 built as the HMS Tartar 1944. The kit is pretty decent, but needs a little cosmetic work on the hull. I used the White Ensign Models Tribal Class photo-etch detail set which is very well done and has nice railings. I made slight modifications to the rear deckhouse arrangement of the pom-pom and mainmast, and used BMK brass barrels, along with stretched sprue for the rigging. All in all a pretty neat kit.
