These are photographs of a model kit by VETERAN Model in 1:700 scale of a former Gearing Class USN destroyer sold to Taiwan on April 18 1973, and renamed Chien Yang. The destroyer was reclassified as Guided Missile Destroyer DDG-912. I built the kit as the 912 Republic of China NAVY Chien Yang.
