Here a few shots of a Zvezda Varyag in 1/350 scale. The quality of this kit is very good, nice details and realistic look. I added railings, anchor chains, rigging and some final touch of weathering. This should be the peacetime colour scheme. Varyag was the first Russian ship involved in the Russian-Japanese war, during the fight of Chemulpo in 1904. It was damaged by fire from an overwhelming Japanese force and scuttled by its crew. Together with the Suvorov they make a nice couple, don't they?
